EGA is looking to hire for the following position:
 
Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Head  
 
job Duties:
 
- Monitoring Equipment’s Status on a daily basis.
- Review and Analyze Equipment’s Down Time Failures to minimize the reoccurrence possibility.
- Ensure Implementing the Required Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Develop guidelines, Responsibilities, and Training for Staff in the Technical Aspects of Their Jobs; and Aids Them in Developing Time Schedules
- Prioritizes Work Order Requests Submitted by All Sites and Determines Staff Assignments to Complete Work Needed.
- Keep an Optimum Stock of Spare Parts.
- Ensure Proper Documentation of All Maintenance Records.
- Seeking New Technologies and Automation Opportunities in Lowering the Overall Cost of Manufacturing.
- Considering Safety Rules and Regulations.
 
Job Requirements:
 
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related degree
· Minimum 6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance supervisory position
· Relevant technical and managerial knowledge
· Very good command of the English language
· Very good communication skills
· Strong Leadership Skills.

Work Conditions:

 * Location: 4th Industrial Zone, 6th of October City.
 * 2 Days off.
 * Transportation is provided.
