We are Hiring (Technical Office Engineer) Organi Group For Abnaa Sinai For Construction with below qualifications:
-Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical reports
-Monitor project expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
-Monitor project expenses and financial performance, recommending cost-saving measures when necessary
-Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to design specifications and requirements.
-Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to address technical issues and resolve engineering challenges
-Address technical challenges and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
-Solve any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction.
-Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with technical specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
-Oversee the technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
-Control project from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative and functional design.
-Use AutoCAD and other drafting software programs to create 2D design documents and 3D models for individual components and overall structural plans according to client needs and project requirements for deliverables.
-Create and present structural overviews for upcoming projects, and develop reports that include technical details for engineers as well as big-picture analysis and cost estimates for project managers and senior executives.
-Prepare the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), time schedule, correspondence…etc.& to take into consideration all the project details during execution.
-Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
-Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies,, and best practices in construction engineering.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in relevant scope.
-5 to 7 years of experience.
