"Design Review Architect "
Job Description
• Review and design architectural and engineering drawings.
•
Good knowledge in local codes and international standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Review detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
• Plan and design buildings and brainstorm project ideas.
• Complete design drawings in AutoCAD and assist in reviewing project proposals, remaining a part of the process from conception through development.
• Work on developing concepts (Schematic & development stages) Produce architectural & presentation detailed drawings Assists in compiling data for architectural plans,
⚫ specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc.
• Assists in the preparation for plans for existing buildings where plans are not available.
Job Requirements
• BSC Architecture.
• 5+ Years Minimum Experience.
• Experience in New Capital is highly required.
• AutoCAD, BIM, sketching plans, working drawings, Photoshop.
• Extra requirements: 3Ds MAX.
