MHCEG Consultancy is currently looking for high qualified ‘Senior Design/BIM Architect’ according to the following.

Role description
 
This is a full-time office-based role, located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Design/BIM Architect. 

The Senior Design/BIM Architect will be responsible for:

> Conducting architectural design for several types of buildings not only in the Middle East but all over the world. 
> He/she should have full knowledge of modern construction technology, BIM modeling up to detail level 450, Virtual & Augmented reality as well as sustainable architecture and AIA standards. 
> Software such as CAD, Revit, Lumion, 3ds max, Navisworks and Rhino 3d are essential and full knowledge of the technical aspects and details to create and evaluate design options, ensuring that designs are safe, sustainable and meet project design requirements and schedules.
 
 
Qualifications:
 
>> 3-10 years with strong experience as BIM architecture.
>> Knowledge in BIM software and modules up to LOD 450.
>>Able to produce works using virtual & augmented reality technologies.
>>Proficiency in using design, modeling and rendering software (CAD, Revit, Lumion, 3ds max, Navisworks, Rhino 3d).
>>Awareness of Sustainability Design Engineering and thorough knowledge of international codes and AIA standards that meet project design requirements and timelines.
>>Very good in verbal and written English.
>>Excellent in teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or related field.
