Mechanical Procurement Team Leader

- 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
- 5th Settlement (HQ)

𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
Implement MEP Procurement strategies to deliver duties with the best practices.
Participate in the compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of the market prices.
Set plan for all MEP procurement requests to specify the priorities and possible suppliers.
Revise PO and contract after sending from the below levels.
Responsible for appropriate supplier selection /bidding processes.

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:

- B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering graduates.
- +7 years of experience in the Construction field.
- Proficient and fluent in English.
- Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, BIM
- Negotiation Skills, Time Management, Communication Skills and problem solving.
