Kandil Steel is looking for the following position:
HSE Section Head
Main Duties:
-Effectively collaborating on Health and Safety projects, across various Operations sites.
-Providing authoritative guidance on Health & Safety matters to all stakeholders.
-Review and audit arrangements for Health & Safety management, while continuously improving these arrangements where appropriate.
-Plan and implement work systems around reducing Health and Safety risks, e.g. recommending suitable adaptations to machinery and processes.
-Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
-Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
-Manage incident reporting and investigations.
-Provide HSE training and guidance to staff.
-Evaluate and select appropriate safety equipment.
-Monitor and audit construction sites for safety compliance.
-Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
 Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree (Science –Engineering)
· 5:7 years of Experience in heavy industry.
· OSHA. NEBOSH Certificate is preferred.
· SAP User (Plus).
· Very Good command in English.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working_Hours : 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Days_off : Friday & Saturday
Location : 10th Of Ramadan.
