Senior Engineer, Design / Development

Role

The Senior Design / Development Engineer’s role is to review, create, test, and provide recommendation(s) for all drawings related to City Edge Developments (CED) projects.
Key Accountabilities

    Support in ensuring assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and guidelines within procedures and quality standards.
    Support in explanation of project scope and the associated costs as required.
    Monitor work progress, provide financial control, and ensure quality of deliveries.
    Prepare, consolidate progress reports and presentations of the assigned projects to the department Lead.
    Support in managing the relation with the relevant parties.
    Ensure that projects comply with all applicable legal requirements and regulations.
    Responsible for designing, creating and testing new products.
    Assist in the coordination with all other departments and external parties, if any, concerning new & ongoing developments in order to meet the projects milestones.
    Assist in the review of all design deliverables.
    Review required marketing material(s) related to the concerned project(s).
    Perform any additional tasks that will be related to this job.

Necessary Experience

    3 - 5 years of related experience.
    Previous experience in Design / Design Management / Development is a must. 

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
