Company Location: Wadi-Hoof (Near to Maadi)
Salary: Negotiable (Competitive Package)
Position: Office Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
· Perform a variety of responsible, confidential, and complex administrative, technical, and secretarial duties.
· Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
· Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
· Manage calendars and schedules, and arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences as directed.
· Develop and maintain a filing system.
· Book travel arrangements
Job Requirements:
· University Degree.
· Fluent in the English language.
· Excellent in Business writing.
· 3-5 years of experience as an office manager
· Very good user of Microsoft Office & and Microsoft Project
· High communication & and presentation competencies.
