Job Description:
- Assist BIM design procedures using revit modeling and coordinate with other disciplines.
-Assist the development Technical team, supervise the shop drawings and electromechanical coordination.
Review the calculations needed for each project.
Deliver all warranties, as-built and training to the owner.
Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, document control logs.

Job Requirements
Must have Design background
Must have experience in BIM modeling
Must have at least 1 to 3 years experience
Able to manage multi-projects
Worked on residential and commercial
Good experience in MEP coordination, Revit, Dialux and AutoCAD
