1- Regularly update attendance records and ensure accuracy.
2- Conduct regular on-site visits to interact with employees and address their concerns.
3- Serve as a point of contact for employees' inquiries.
4- Collaborate to handle social insurance-related documentation and filings.
5- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data accuracy.
6- Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and policies.
7- Generate monthly reports on related HR concerns.
8- Communicate with the Head Quarter on daily basis to report all related HR concerns.
9- Facilitate smooth HR operations within the organization.
