𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
Responsible for physical and digital archiving for all supply chain closed packages (Subcontracts & Purchase Orders) while following preset procedures.
Circulate all supply chain closed packages (Subcontracts & Purchase Orders) for approvals cycles.
Upload all supply chain closed packages (Subcontracts & Purchase Orders) on Blue Bard and Supply Chain Shared folders to be accessed by concerned parties.
Receive and review all supply chain closed packages (Subcontracts & Purchase Orders) from Buyers and their managers
• Review all supply chain packages documentation
Maintain an updated and accurate circulation log for all supply chain closed packages (Subcontracts & Purchase Orders)

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
- B.Sc. degree.
- 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Good in English.
- Microsoft Office, Email Communication
- Time Management, Communication Skills and problem solving.
