Office Manager
Work location : 5th Settlement (HQ)
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Office Manager in a
Construction company.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well organized, attention to details, and can handle stress and work pressure.
𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
- Follow up on tasks with other departments or external parties and provide what’s needed according to the deadline set for it.
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to Director.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Make travel arrangements for Director.
- Attend meetings in order to record minutes when needed.
- Manage and maintain Director's schedules.
- Archive all documentations for future use, marked and organized.
- Follow up on tasks with other departments or external parties and provide what’s needed according to the deadline set for it.
