Senior Recruitment Executive

Job Description,

#Responsibilities:

Responsible mainly for Blue Collars recruitment.

Responsible for fulfilling all company hiring requests in a timely manner.

Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

Identify suitable recruitment channels and platforms, both online and offline, to attract blue-collar candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles accordingly.

Creating and maintaining candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in existing or potential opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on blue-collar facility Management, role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
