Style Home Development is hiring Accountant in constructing field
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records for contracts and projects
• Review and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for contracts and projects
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify variances and trends
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management and clients
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Assist in the preparation of contract proposals and pricing analysis
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the contracting industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in accounting software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPA or relevant certification is a plus
