Arafa Retail Group is hiring:
 “Finance Manager”
Description :
• Oversee all financial operations and direct the line of business financial planning and structure
• Coordinate, analyze, and report the financial performance to the Top Management
• Submits the month/quarter/semi-annual & year closing to CEO with a full set of reports and analysis including financial narratives.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Advise the management on investment and loans for short and long-range financial plans.
• Submit a business plan for the whole company with a full set of reports and analysis.
• Prepare business evaluation and project appraisal (feasibility study) for new and current investment.
• Prepare accounts payable/receivable cash receipts general ledger and utilities treasury, budgeting cash forecasting revenue and expenditure variance analysis capital assets reconciliations trust account statement reconciliations, check runs fixed asset activity debt activity
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Meet financial accounting objectives.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations
Job Requirements :
• 10+ years progressive career experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
• Proficient user of finance software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
