- Preparing subcontractors’ extracts.
- Receiving all tests carried out at the sites from the relevant authority and approving them from the consultant.
- Follow up on all IR statuses for all items.
- Approval of the materials used in the project and from the consultant.
- Preparing purchase orders for all raw materials.
- Preparing the order through the technical office engineer, who must register the policy on the electronic system in projects in which the owner supplies cement.
- Reviewing concrete invoices with the concrete station and warehouses
Preparing the daily executive position.
- In projects outside Cairo, the technical office engineer on site reviews the inventory of quantities for the project and approves it from the consultant.
- Review shop drawing drawings before delivering them to subcontractors on site.
- Follow up on the distribution of steel to subcontractors on site according to the work, follow up on the pouring of concrete, and compare the elements that were poured with the engineering inventory
