Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial management role
-Experience in the Construction or Real Estate industry is a must
-Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), -Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP)
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
