In Studio is hiring:
Section Head of Mechanical BIM Department
Location: Dokki, Giza
Type: Full time.
Job Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection design of large complex projects.
• Previous experience as a Section Head or similar leadership role in BIM department
• Previous experience in shop drawing.
• Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g. Revit MEP)
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks
• Excellent knowledge of local MEP codes and regulations
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team, and to communicate technical concepts to variety of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
