• Vacancy: Marketing Supervisor
• Location : Dokki, Giza
• Duties and Responsibilities:
- developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Attract potential buyers or renters. This role involves overseeing the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and online.
- Coordinating with photographers and videographers to showcase properties in the best possible light.
- Manages social media accounts and online advertising campaigns to increase visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with sales agents to create targeted marketing plans for specific properties or developments.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize marketing efforts and achieve sales goals.
• Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2. From 5 : 7 years of Experience , Real Estate background is must.
3. Strong leadership and management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques.
6. Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
7. Understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
