• Study the project documents sent by the Tender department.
• Study the tender documents (specifications, drawing, BOQ, method of measurements and contracts)
• Review with the client in case any specs requested that needs to be adjusted.
• Create the cost sheets of the upcoming tenders.
• Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors to minimize the prices and coordinate the payment terms and then select the most appropriate one.
• Issue the Purchase Order with all the technical details to be delivered to the Document Control to start the purchasing process.
• Conduct value engineering for the upcoming project in order to save costs or recommend efficient methods.

Bachelor degree Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).

2-4 years of experience.
