For an immediate hiring at Legrand Egypt.
A French multinational and global leader in Electrical Manufacturing is hiring:

-Senior AP Accountant

* Obtain proper information & full set of approved supporting documents, verify financial data for any business transaction in order to maintain accounts payable records.
* Monitor portal issued payable invoices & ensure reconciliation to our books.
* Local & imported shipments receiving, landed cost verification, reporting, posting & filing.
* Maintain landed shipment cost calculation files, VAT, & customs feeding accounts files.
* Follow up on any missing supporting document, solving any discrepancy or issues to ensure timely posting.
* Execute payment runs for due balances, allocate payments, & ensure maintaining reconciled supplier balances.
* Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices & all other correspondence supporting documents for files archiving for future audit & tax purposes.
* Investigate any supplier or employee debit balance & make sure clearing as per internal KPIs.

Qualifications & requirements:
* BS degree in Accounting.
* 5 years of experience as an AP accountant in a Manufacturing company.
* Understanding and experience of tax regulations and Egyptian accounting standards.
