Job responsibilities:
1、Answer customer calls
2、Assist customers in sending or checking documents
3、Answer customer business inquiries
4、Handle customer complaints
5、Handle abnormal matters in the receiving 
6、dispatching process
7、Assist the branch supervisor to arrange the work of the courier, collecting the business accounts, etc.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's degree
1-6 months -1-year experience in a similar role (call center or customer service environment).
2-Good/Very Good English Language
3-Very good PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel).
4-Age: No specifications
5-Gender: No specifications
6-Working hours: 8h
7-Days Off: 2 days a week rotational
