EDECS is Hiring,
Position: HR Specialist.
Location: HQ

Duties:
-Recruitment:
* Collaborate with technical managers to identify staffing needs.
* Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top-tier candidates.

-Employee relation:
* Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
* Prepare monthly reports for KSA, like: headcount report and Salaries report.
* Coordinate with KSA office for Workforce plan.

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* +2 Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
* Aware with KSA visa procedures from Egypt.
* Familiarity with full recruiting cycle.
* Excellent verbal and written English language.
