Responsibilities:
1-Oversee the day-to-day financial accounting operations of the company.
2-Manage and supervise a team of accountants, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial activities.
3-Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
4-Prepare and analyze financial statements, general ledger accounts, and balance sheets.
5-Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to management and external stakeholders.
6-Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance and analysis to senior management.
7-Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and oversee treasury functions.
Requirements :
*Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
*Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or in a similar senior accounting role
*Experience in the construction or engineering/contracting industry is a plus.
