-BIM Engineer Team Leader
Educational qualifications to include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- +10 years of BIM and Digitalization solutions experience.

Skills, qualities and competencies:
- A growth mindset that acknowledges Creativity, Passion, Integration and Development.
- Expert knowledge of BIM software and workflows, including industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 19650 and PAS 1192.
- Familiar with Lean Construction
- leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication/ presentation skills with attention to detail.

- Senior BIM Engineer
Educational qualifications to include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil / Electromechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 7 years of BIM and Digitalization solutions experience.

Skills, qualities and competencies:
- BIM-related software such as: Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, cloud solutions for BIM
- Strong written and verbal communication/ presentation skills with attention to detail.
