Job Requirements
• Ten years’ experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering
• 6 - 7 years’ experience in Firefighting Systems
• Ability to work on AutoCAD and excel.
• Good communication skills.
Job Description
• Study the project documents, drawings, specifications and bill of quantities.
• Preparing best Technical (materials submittals) & Financial Offer.
• Implementing and solving technical problems that raise.
• Manage quantity surveying and pricing.
• Negotiate with suppliers to reach the most appropriate prices.
• Make a Purchase order for the project items.
• Prepare the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.
• Prepare Shop drawing and as-built drawings, and ensure documentation and records are reviewed, approved by the consultant.
• Project supervision and Site follow-up.
Salary: Negotiable.
Job Location: Nasr City – Rabaa.
