We’re hiring a Sr.Foreign procurement Officer at Arabian Cement Company
Job Summary :
will be responsible for managing foreign shipments, supervising contract administration, negotiating services, and maintaining procurement documentation.

Main Responsibilities :
- Manage foreign shipments from RFQ to delivery and payment.
- Supervise administration of short/long term contracts.
- Serve as negotiator for technical or professional services.
- Maintain procurement performance data and documentation.
- Monitor goods consumption and optimize material quality for cost reduction.

Job Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar or job-related position.
- High negotiation skills
- High communication skills
- Very good English language skills
