Senior Accountant
Responsibilities:
·Monitor and record financial transactions according to Group policies & and procedures and applicable local regulations.
·Perform monthly bank and other month-end reconciliations (i.e.: hashtag#petty_cash, travel expense
hashtag#reports, etc.)
·Record closing journal entries (i.e.: adjusting entries, reconciling accounts, etc.) at each period end and keep the supporting schedules updated.
·Record intercompany transactions and assist with reconciliation at period end (intercompany matrix and balances confirmation).
·Reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable (sub-ledgers).
·Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
· Recommend hashtag#financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Qualifications:
· BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree
·5-7 years’ accounting experience.
·Strong knowledge of accounting procedures
.real estate Experience is a must
