- MEP Technical office Teamleader
10+ exp

Duties :
• Study the tendering project and make the technical offers.
• Arranging sample submittals and material approvals.
• Study the B.O.Q And get the information required
• Shop drawing, as built drawings for projects.
• invoices & quantity surveying.
• Coordinate with the client/consultant for the project execution.
• Site Supervision
• Preparation of variation orders for Mechanical works
• Reviewing the Technical offers.

:Job Requirement

• Experience in Contracting field.
• Bachelor. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in teams and coordinate projects.
• Time management skills and great ability to meet deadlines.
• Energetic, very organized, confident with his leadership skills to lead a team
