Job Scope:
-Technical review of project documents (Drawings, Specs. and BOQ) with respect to: completeness, coordination, technical quality, clarity, discrepancy among different project documents, compliance with applicable codes and concerned authorities' regulations.
-Solve and respond timely to all design-related issues/RFIs that may arise during construction.
Technical Skills Required:
- (+7) years of experience working for prestigious fully-finished developments (Buildings, Infrastructure, etc.) including at least +3 years' experience creating & reviewing 3D BIM models using Revit, Navisworks and Civil 3D.
-Excellent interdisciplinary coordination skills and review capabilities.
-In-depth knowledge of different materials/vendors and the state-of- the-art alternatives for better project value (performance & cost).
Soft Skills:
-Self-motivated with high level of commitment and ownership.
-Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
