Established in 1989, ABEC was restructured in 2020 to deliver innovative buildings efficiently and provide full integrated construction service. The company had a wide history of construction projects in various industries in the past, which now decided to take a different route focusing on specific types of buildings.

• Prepares periodic reports regarding the function activities and achievements
• Participate in periodic meetings with the direct t manager to ensure that priorities are clear and the workflow is running smoothly as per agreed plans at the beginning of each year.                                                               
•  Study project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.)
•  Prepare the shop drawing for construction projects
•  Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during construction
•  Review subcontractors' shop drawings and design drawings as well as outsourced drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant
• Review the BIM model and ensure quality to the Owner’s standard
• Coordinate with the Surveying team to provide them with all the information about the land and any site measurements required
• Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical issues, and other problems that may arise during construction to the direct manager for discussion and provide proper solutions timely
• Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand them to the project consultant
• Prepare sub-contractors periodically, Qs , invoices and compare it according to the project budget
• Prepare materials cut-off list, and procurement plan and analyze technical & financial offers
• Study and review all tender documents received by the business unit including instructions to tenders, contract general and special conditions, specifications, drawings, and preparing BOQ
• Participate in value engineering workshops
• Participate in strategy workshops and actively contribute innovative solutions
•  Support the department's development activities 
• Prepare and submit Project Documents such as and not limited to IR, MIR, CPR,  Casting table, and steel table.

• Bachelor's of Electrical Engineering
• From 4:7 years of experience
• Very Good English & Arabic, other language is an asset
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods, CAD, design analysis, and modern structural systems.
• Professional knowledge in Construction, methods, and applications. 
• Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (MS Office- AutoCAD-Revit – Navisworks is preferred).
