accounting manager

with the following requirement:
 
Job responsibilities
 - Manage and oversee the company daily operations of the accounting department including GL and related accounting practices, including AP, AR, inventories, fixed assets, cash receipts and payroll and enhance the accuracy of the figures.
- Reviewing monthly balance sheet reconciliation and analysis and justifying for all open items
- Reviewing and posting monthly payroll entry and closely follow up on tax payments on scheduled time.
Monthly AP aging follow Up and take necessary actions to clear all over dues.
- Review for the FS draft and full review with external audit mapping sheet to be consistent with the company Trial balance.
- Manage the cost accountants and conduct complex analyses of the operation costs to identify variances and suggest solutions to increase profitability.
- Leading the team for the year end auditing preparation by Preparing the audit file along with its full foot notes, the annual income tax declaration to be
