Established in 1989, ABEC was restructured in 2020 to deliver innovative buildings efficiently and provide full integrated construction service. The company had a wide history of construction projects in various industries in the past, which now decided to take a different route focusing on specific types of buildings.

• Plan and monitor the installation procedure of the machines on the site and insure their efficiency.
• Coordinate with all trades to ensure proper installation of equipment & monitor project updates.
• Monitor the installation of equipment, pipe networks, ductwork, and air outlets to assure the installation quality per the project’s approved shop drawings.
• Approve the subcontractor installations and prepare take-off to confirm the subcontractor bill release.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
• Prepare as built drawing & collect closing document ( MA- Catalogues – Guarantee- etc.).
• •Coordinate with the technical office the suitable price (V.O additional work).

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 
• 3:5 Years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office -AutoCAD
• Good Command of the English language
