Job Description
-Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
-Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.
-Create and perform projections on construction projects.
-Preparing an updated and periodic project costs database, records and reports.
-Supports project managers and management as it relates to the analysis of tracking construction expenses.
-Provides job cost analysis for construction projects.
-Other duties as assigned.
