B.Sc., Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Very good English Language.
7-10 years of experience.
Job Description:

Preparation of (BOQ) Bill of Quantities based on drawing & Specification.
Preparation of method of measurements.
Select Materials specifications and data sheet to be implemented in BOQ and specifications.
Review drawings and other project documents to write and edit specifications for projects and coordinate  compliance with project requirements, institutional guidelines, technical conditions, acceptable standards, and existing laws, rules, regulations and codes.
Prepare Materials research; assists project designers with material selection and system research.
