"Senior Designer."

-Requirements:
Bachelor's degree of Architecture or any related field.
Experience from 2 to 5 years.
Real Estate Experience is a must.
Excellent Knowledge of Ms. Office.
Excellent Communication Skills.

- Area of experience Must include the below:
• Organize the permits drawings, following up with the governmental relations. regarding  
    the approvals.
• Coordinate and execute all of the design work required during construction projects.
• Review architectural and engineering packages received by the consultants
• Design and prepare marketing material such as colored plans, brochures, sales kit.
• Assist in the "RFI" communication cycle regarding the design issues, within the tender team, contractors & consultant.
