Job Title: Accounts Payable Head

Job Qualifications:
1- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Management, Finance or related field.
2- Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Head.
3- Familiarity with accounting software and principles.
4- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
5- Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
6- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7- Ability to analyze complex financial data accurately.
8- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
9- Knowledge of accounts payable processing practices and guidelines.
10- Ability to offer excellent customer service.
11- Ability to conduct all accounting functions adhering to the company policies.
12- GCC experience will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
1- Maintaining accuracy in all financial reporting procedures.
2- Serving as an intermediary between departmental and external suppliers.
3- Hiring, training, and supervising team members.
4- Assigning daily tasks to team members.
5- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information.
6- Implementing corrective measures to facilitate departmental objectives and goals.
7- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
8- Maintaining and updating vendor database and spreadsheets.
9- Undertaking reconciliation of supplier statements.
10- Executing vendor payment runs and assessing tax related processes.

Location: Egypt, Cairo -Nasr city
