Site Architect (Team Leader)
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Experience needed: +10 years in supervision field
Site supervision of all the finishing stages in site for buildings & landscape.
Ensure construction work meets agreed specifications and
timescale
Check completion of work and approve inspection requests and raise non-conformance report (NCR) if any work doesn't meet project's specs or Egyptian code standards
Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings.
Keep eyes on rates & costs.
Proven team player with strong time management skills
Discipline and well skilled.
