We are looking for:
“ Technical Engineer Team Leader “

B.A in Architecture Engineering.
Minimum required Professional Experience
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
Efficient use of the following softwares: AutoCAD Revit.
Job Description:-
- Generate & review working package according to required scope.
- Managing and organizing project progress, time line & tasks.
- Coordination with MEP team, Design team, structure consultant, landscape team, site team & any other required team.
- Develop Technical solutions for the design.
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Delegating tasks to team members & Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful and qualified team.
• Must ensure that projects meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards.
- Evaluate and develop team skills, solve problems & sharing feedback.
- Reporting progress to manager.
- Representing and advocating for team needs & introduce new rules and ways of working together.
