Review Technical Specifications, BOQ, Drawings and related documents and locate potential vendors & suppliers.
Responsible for developing company database.
Responsible for negotiating subcontractors.
Prepare subcontractors and suppliers packages and process offers’ requisitions.
Prepare technical & financial bids/ proposals for projects.
Evaluate the submitted quotations Technically & Financially.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimum cost-time-quality & to ensure that target prices, company’s terms & conditions are met.
Set schedules with subcontractors as per site requires.
Prepare and issue inquiries, requisitions, and purchase orders according to project schedule.
Maintain the Project Material Registry to plan and track equipment and material status.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical  Engineering
4 - 6 years of experience
