“Financial Analyst”

Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, & modeling to support strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Analyze & interpret financial data, trends, & performance indicators to identify areas of improvement & provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with various departments to gather & consolidate financial information & ensure accurate reporting
2. Investment Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis on potential investment opportunities, including risk assessment, return on investment, & profitability analysis
- Evaluate financial viability & feasibility of proposed projects or initiatives & provide recommendations to senior management
- Monitor & assess the performance of existing investments, analyzing variances & identifying potential areas of improvement
3. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare & present regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, & cash flow statements, to management & stakeholders
- Develop & maintain financial models, dashboards, & key performance indicators (KPIs) to track & monitor financial performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements & accounting standards in all financial reporting activities
4. Budgeting & Cost Analysis:
- Assist in the development & monitoring of departmental & company-wide budgets
- Analyze & report on budget variances, identifying reasons for deviations & recommending corrective actions
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses & evaluate cost-saving opportunities to enhance financial efficiency & profitability
5. Market Research & Industry Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic conditions, & financial markets to provide insightful analysis & recommendations
- Conduct competitor analysis, benchmarking, & market research to identify potential risks & opportunities for the organization
- Present findings & reports to management, highlighting key findings & potential impacts on the business

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
- Proven 1-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficiency in financial modeling & forecasting techniques
- Advanced knowledge of financial principles, practices, & accounting standards
- Proficiency in financial model applications & tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
- Attention to detail & a high level of accuracy in financial analysis & reporting
