Alexandria Construction Company (ACC) is looking for candidates for the following position for Madinaty Extension Projects

𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐑
15-20 Years’ Experience

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍
• Review/Modify site’s temporary mobilization.
• Coordinating with technical, safety, financial, quality and administration managers
• Review/Discuss the appropriate Constructability systems with the most cost, time effective for completing
• Review/Commit with PCS team to the project schedule plans
• Review/Discuss construction look ahead schedule produced by PCS.
• Participate in the selection process for nominations of subcontractors
• Participate in reviewing of contractor quotations to ensure the fair and reasonable pricing is recommended
• Participate subcontract agreement related logistic, payment terms
• Monitor Subcontractor's schedule, safety performance and work quality.
• Review/Discuss all resources required for the execution of the project
• Ensure consistency/availability of engineering drawings and specifications
• Review/Analyze the progress of construction activities.
• Implementing project’s quality system, in cooperation with QM.
• Implementing project’s industrial safety and security system
• Ensuring that all personnel are trained, well briefed (method statements, risk assessments) in their tasks
• Monitor the evaluation of change orders & claims
• Review the regular reports on progress and requirements for labor, materials, machinery and equipment.
• Meeting with the Consultants Supervision team
• Organize/ attend weekly site meetings progress, quality and performance
• Follow up in the resolution of non-conformance issues.
• Follow up of all commissioning interfaces process and procedures

𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
• Bachelor Degree (Civil or Arch) or higher from an Egyptian ranked university
• Experience at least 5 years in residential buildings
• Experience in using computer and reading, analyzing time schedule
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• PMP Certificate (Preferred)
• Quality and safety process and procedures awareness
• Certificate in ISO 9001, 19011 and 10005 (Preferred)
• Good Looking and representative provisionally
• Ready to start immediately
