Alexandria Construction Company (ACC) is looking for candidates for the following position

𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐎𝐑 𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐇 𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐑
3-5 Years’ Experience

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍
• Study (Specs/DWGs/BOQ/special C./General C.)
• Prepare Shop drawings and coordination drawings.
• Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (civil, mech, elect. etc.…)
• Update the shop drawings log periodically.
• Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other
technical matters that may arise during construction.
• Review subcontractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their
approval process.
• Participate in solving / report any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise
during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.
• Prepare As-built drawings at the end of the project.

𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an Egyptians ranked university
• Experience in using computer and reading, analyzing time schedule
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Good Looking and representative provisionally
• Ready to start immediately
