Job Title: Cost Control Section Head

Job Qualifications:
1-bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
2-Min. 10 years' experience in all facets of project control management.
3-PMP & CCP certification are preferred.
4-Excellent management and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:
1-Preparation and maintenance of compliant estimates & budgets for the project.
2-Taking the responsibility of monitoring project expenditure against allowances made in the approved budget estimates.
3-Identifying and analyze the root cause for the monthly movement in the target contribution margin.
4-Working closely with project Managers to identify and support the realization of cost optimization opportunities and the chances of winning claims/variations.
5-Facilitates conflict resolution to come-up with the best approach solution for resolving project cost issues and conflicts and for getting the project progressed within the targeted budget.
6-Conducts regular meetings with all department for discussing the performance and cost issues. Also, to set an action plan for the remaining portion for the project.
7-Consolidates cash flow reports in coordination with the Project management team.
8-Maintaining the variation log for all projects for following up purpose and to assign its budget.
9-Working closely with ERP team to put the logic and validate the various reports extracted from the company customized software for different functions.
