Main Responsibilities: 

• Study and review preliminary electrical shop drawings, project specifications and cost estimates related to the project. 
• Perform design review of construction drawings and specifications for electrical systems. 
• Prepare and issue necessary shop drawings for all allocated tasks. 
• Coordination and verification of as-built drawings. 
• Responsible for the development of reports and design documents, including electrical floor plans, equipment schematic diagrams, equipment block diagrams, electrical load calculations, short circuit studies,etc. Prepare time schedule for executed work versus planned. 
• Preparation of follow-up report and its conformity with the time schedule. 
• Check technical details and drawings to ensure correct implementation in the field. 
• Review products, analyze materials and determine appropriateness for application to projects. 
• Cost break down for project items. Ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation and materials needed to carry out the work. 
• Prepare and submit all required documents and drawings to the official authorities to obtain the needed permits. 
• Research & recommend fundamental components identified in electrical designs.

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. 
• Minimum 7-10 years relevant experience in real estate company. 
• Detailed knowledge of electrical equipment is essential. 
• Ability to design, identify and specify a wide range of electrical equipment. 
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. 
• A comprehensive understanding of electrical health and safety regulations. 
• Able to prioritize and plan effectively. 
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
