For Large scale wastewater project

* Team Leader
-BSc in either Civil Engineering or Construction Management - 25 years of relevant experience including experience managing the detailed design and managing construction supervision of WWTPs and integrated sewage systems especially those financed by donors

* Deputy Team Leader (Technical office manager) - BSc in either Civil Engineering or Construction Management -20 years of relevant experience including experience managing the detailed design and managing construction supervision of WWTPs and integrated sewage systems especially those financed by donors

* Health and Safety Expert (Site)
BSc in related discipline
- OSHA Certificate (or equivalent)
- 15 years working experience of which 5 years must be in the management of health and safety risk for major construction projects financed by donors / IFIs.

* Assistant Resident Engineer (Site) - BSc in either Civil Engineering or Construction Management
-10 years of relevant experience including experience supervising
the construction of WWTPs and integrated sewage systems.

* Contracts Manager Engineer (Site) - 10 years of relevant experience in the management of claims
and contractual matters

* Resident Engineer (Site)
- BSc in either Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 15 years of relevant experience including experience managing the detailed design and managing construction supervision of WWTPs and integrated sewage systems especially those projects using the FIDIC Conditions of contract -Has a proper professional certificate in management

* Electrical Engineer (Site)
-10 years of relevant experience including experience supervising the construction of at least two WWTP and sewage pump station.

* Mechanical Engineer (Site)
- 10 years of relevant experience in the water and wastewater sector including experience supervising the construction of at least two WWTP and sewage pump station.

* Operations and Maintenance Engineer (Site) 10 years of relevant experience including experience supervising the operation and maintenance of at least two WWTP and sewage pump station.

* Planning Engineer (Site)
-8 years of relevant experience in the water and wastewater sector including experience in using professional software (Primavera or equal) in the construction of at least two WWTP and sewerage networks

All experts should be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
