Required for a real estate Development Company, Finance Manager with Real Estate Experience
Location: [ Dokki ]
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager with Real Estate experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and real estate, with a proven track record of success in managing financial operations for real estate companies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations for the company's real estate portfolio
- Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risk
- Manage the budgeting process for each property, including forecasting revenue and expenses
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare financial reports for management, investors, and lenders
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to real estate finance
- Manage relationships with lenders, investors, and other stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to other members of the finance team

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; MBA , CMA preferred
- 15+ years of experience , at least 5 years in real estate finance.
- Strong knowledge of real estate finance principles and practices
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience managing budgets and forecasting revenue and expenses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
