LG Electronics Egypt is hiring:
•Position: Production Engineer (TV)
•Location: Factory (10th of Ramadan).

•Duties & Responsibilities:
-Improve Production line process losses
-Daily production result and KPI report
-Idle time / Rework Management: gather, register and share IDLE time data and analysis, and preparing countermeasures and follow up with the suppliers.
-Follow up improvement ideas application
-W/O completion and 1st Hour completion rate reporting
-ANDON Monitoring and improvement
- Reporting and improving Line loss issues
-Manage Hidden losses throughout the micromanagement for TT.
-Production plan (Control Tower) Management in-sync with Production planning part
-UPPH Monthly Report and monthly issues analysis
-Updating and creating standards to control productivity (Line fill standards, IDLE Time standards ...)
-Follow up UPH Improvement Task with support members
-Manage and Calculate model change loss
-Manage Manpower Normal registration, and report with Irregular registrations
-Indirect members training and skills development

•Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Production or Electronics Engineering.
- 1~2 years of related experience.
- Problem solving skills.
- Very Good in English.
- Very Good in MS Office.
