(Human Resources Generalist)
Is needed to be hired in Alex apparels readymade garments in the free zone, Alexandria
Job description:
Follow up on the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine.”
Monitor and control turnover rate and absenteeism percentage.
Cooperate with the factory manager in all employee cases.
Follow up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance system.
Provide periodic reports about employee regularity and review employees’ vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, …etc.
Manage the penalty system according to labor law and maintain penalty records up to date.
Responsible for handling personnel tasks that require labor law and insurance background such as leaves validation, insurance office interaction, work permit
Handles all insurance/labor law activities.
Reviewing and receiving hiring documents from employees and preparing contracts and hiring documents to be signed by eligible employees.
Updates the social insurance tracking sheet with monthly changes.
Follows up with the employees who are socially insured by other organizations till they finalize their cases.
Answers employees’ inquiries regarding their contracts, renewals, social insurance, medical insurance
Prepare employees’ monthly payroll effects.
job requirement:
4-7 years of experience preferred in Textile/garments
Very Good Command of English
Excellent computer skills special in MS Excel
Bachelor’s Degree.
HR studies/ diploma is a plus.
Good Communication skills
Leadership skills
Planning skills.
