BIM Technical Office Engineers - SEVEN HANDS
Job Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering -(Arch., Mech., Elec.).
Experience: 4 To 10 Years.
Professional in Revit, CAD.
Fluent in Arabic and English language.
Technical Duties:

Building the 3D BIM models
Prepare Shop drawings .
Prepare the project contract documents (time, project working design drawings, BOQ etc... )
Prepare coordination drawings (composite drawing) based on project’s shop drawings in accurate with quality standard.
Responsible for Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (civil, mech., elect. etc.… ) and revise all of architecture design after approved concept design.
Participate in solving / report any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during
construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.
General Administrative Duties:

Prepares periodic reports regarding the function activities and achievements
Participate in the periodic meetings with direct manager ensure that priorities are clear and the workflow is running smoothly as per agreed plans at the beginning of each year.
Performing other duties related to the job.
